Return and refund

1. Introduction

At Quentin Journeys, we strive to provide quality products and services. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our return and refund policy below.

2. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will accept a return and provide a full refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that was not what you ordered, we will accept a return and issue a full refund.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days from the delivery date. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
  • We will review the request and guide you through the return process. If your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide you with return instructions.

4. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the form of cash on delivery for future ordersĀ  that can be used for future purchases.
  • Refunds will not be processed until the returned item is inspected and confirmed by our team.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are:
    • Used or opened.
    • Not in the original packaging.
    • Customized or personalized items (if applicable).

6. Shipping Fees

  • For returns related to damaged or incorrect items, Quentin Journeys will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers may be required to pay for return shipping.

7. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the product following the process above and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Since we only accept cash on delivery as a payment method, refunds will be processed via a CODĀ  for future purchases, or through a store in cash for the next order.
